Luxury real estate or starter residential plans and elevations are custom crafted -- according to your vision and specifications -- in Classical or Contemporary Period Styles, planned for a current use or future site. We prefer to design your home from scratch, utilizing your exacting specifications and site conditions for the best results, but you may consider viewing our pre-designed homes as a starting point and customize further. Note that we do not sell plan books or send any kind of study plans due to copyright issues. You are invited to visit our office in Orlando, Fla. to examine any home you see on our web and discuss your project with Architect John Henry. By following a simple repeatable process, you can achieve the creative genesis of your dream home prepared on an individual basis: a custom floor plan and elevation generated from your specific planning and lifestyle needs (and wishes) within a very short time.
